Description
Taste rural life in Vietnam as you hit a local market and ride a bamboo basket boat to a village to meet the locals. Later, participate in a cooking class to make some authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The menu for the cooking class will be Steamed rice paper (Bánh cuốn), Rice pancake (Bánh xèo), Beef or vegetarian noodles soup (Phở) and Mung bean soup (Chè đậu xanh).

Hoi An Tour
- Your Hoi An Tour guide will pick you up at the Meeting Point (11 Hoang Dieu Street, Hoi An) and take you to the city's morning market.
- Interact with the vendors as you witness Vietnam's seasonal fruits, noodles, herbs, vegetables, meat and fish on display.
- Paddle through the water in a bamboo basket boat to explore dense coconut palm forests.
- Learn how to fish using fishing nets and listen to folk songs.
- Participate in a cooking class and learn how to cook a few items of Vietnamese cuisine, which includes steamed rice paper rolls (Bánh cuốn), Rice pancakes (Bánh Xèo), Beef noodles (Phở bò) and Mung bean soup (Chè đậu can)
- Have lunch/dinner.
- Finish and go back to the Old Town.
