Itinerary

1. Day 1 - Cai Beo, Lan Ha, Dark Cave & Ba Trai Dao From Cat Ba

   • 7.45: Meet your Vietnam tour guide in Cat Ba Town.
   • 8.00: Get on the mini-bus to transfer to Beo Dock.
   • 8.15: Cruise through Beo floating fishing village.
   • Sightsee the Monkey island and continue cruising around the Lan Ha Bay along with hundreds of amazing landscapes of limestone islands.
   • 9.30: Stop to visit the biggest fishing farm.
   • 10.00: Continue the trip by passing out of the Buddha Island before crossing the border to get out of Lan Ha Bay to be in Ha Long Bay. The boat brings you to the North part of the bay. Then, anchor at a very calm lagoon to have lunch.
   • 11.50: Taste Vietnamese food on the boat. You can swim after having lunch.
   • 13.00: Pull the anchor out of the water to move to Hang Ca area to do kayaking. Spend one and a half hours kayaking through the Dark Cave, Bat Cave and Bright Cave. Explore the hidden lagoons and enjoy bird-watching, squirrel-dancing,monkey-jumping.
   • Arrive at Ba Trai Dao with your Vietnam tour guide.
   • 16.15: Return to the boat to move to the floating homestay to stay overnight. The floating homestay is running by the Vietnamese Navy. It is located in a calm lagoon that is separated from other fishing families.
   • 16.45: Check-in and relax around the floating house.
   • 18.45: Have Vietnamese food and seafood dinner.
   • 20.00: Paddle into small areas to observe Plankton.

2. Day 2 - Tung Gau From Cat Ba

   •   8.30: Start kayaking to explore Tung Gau lagoon, which featured in the movie King Kong.
   • 10.20: Go back to the floating homestay.
   • 11.15: Head back to the harbour by a high-speed boat.
   • 11.30: Have lunch at the most famous local restaurant.
   • 12.30: Drop off at Cat Ba.
