Itinerary

1. Day 1: Hanoi - Tuan Chau Marina - Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay

   • 09:00 – 09:15 approx: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter and start a 2.5-hour road journey via 5B highway on ultra-luxurious limousine (for the guests use the transfer service).

   • 11:45 – 12.15 approx: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, transfer by speedboat to Stellar of the Seas. Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with a welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing, safety instructions.

   • Set sail as lunch is served.

   • 12:45 approx: Join a typical lunch in the luxury dining room with an indoor or outdoor dining area. 

   • Check into your cabin to refresh and unwind.

   • Continue cruising through Con Vit islet, Thumb islet and Gia Luan harbour belonging to the Cat Ba area. 

   • Discover the natural lagoon area, which belonged to Lan Ha bay. The ship will drop anchor for swimming or simply sunbathe on the cruise (private, wild and fresh air).

   • Head back toward the sleeping area.

   • In the early evening, go on the sundeck for watching the sunset and enjoy the Sunset party. It’s an ideal time to make acquaintance with new friends, share your travelling experience or watch the sunset or relax in the seasonal swimming pool, or enjoy your time on our golf course.

   • 18:00: Join a short cooking demonstration. The chef will guide you on how to make famous traditional Vietnamese spring rolls and understand the culinary culture of the Vietnamese 

   • 19:00: Relish a BBQ dinner served with a fresh food menu outside the swimming pool area. 

   • After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at the panoramic bar with seasonal pool view, wine and cigars cellar, or take one of our onboard activities: games, movies, and squid fishing or relaxing with massage services.

   Overnight on board.

2. Day 2: Tai chi – Breakfast – Lan Ha bay – Lunch – Cycling at Viet Hai Village – Swimming

   • 06:30: Join a Tai Chi session on the sun deck. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body and there is no better environment to practice this than amongst the limestone peaks and islands. 

   • 07:30: Relish a light breakfast.

   • After breakfast, enjoy your time relaxing in the amazing view of the Lan Ha bay while the boat continues cruising further for sightseeing.

   • 11:30 approx: Eat lunch before getting on the speed boat to explore a unique area where the main boat cannot go.

   • 13:15 approx: Transfer to the speed boat heading to Viet Hai Village. 

   • Afternoon: Take the bicycle ride to enjoy gorgeous sceneries along village roads and go through rain forests. Also, visit a local family’s house to see the daily life of local people. 

   • Return to the day boat to continue cruising further in Lan Ha Bay.

   • 15:00 Arrive at a natural beach area for swimming. You will have the chance to see the fish farm at the typical Lan Ha bay floating village. 

   • Early evening- Back to Stellar of the seas, take time to refresh or play some short game in the golf course or relax with massage services.

   • Eat the BBQ dinner (different menu). 

   • After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at the bar, swimming pool, wine and cigars cellar or enjoy the landscape of the bay at night. Relax with massage services. Take one of our onboard activities like squid fishing, watching movies in the restaurant. 

   Overnight on board.

3. Day 3: Tai Chi - Breakfast – Sang Toi Cave – Vietnamese cuisine

   • 06:30: Join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body; join Tai Chi sessions to recharge your energy for the new day.

   • 07:00 – 7:45: Eat a local light breakfast.

   • 08:00: Mingle yourself in the stunning views of the bay and its dramatic limestone islets as you sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Dark & Bright Cave (Hang Sang & Toi) and taking a local rowing boat rowed by the locals to explore the cave

   • 09:30: Check out the room.

   • 10:00: Eat Vietnamese food.

   • 12:00: Disembark from the cruise as the crew bids you farewell and return to Tuan Chau Marina by the speedboat. 

   • Transfer by ultra-luxurious limousine to return to Hanoi.

   • Arrive back at your hotel at approximately 15:00.

4. Day 4: Hoa Lu - Tam Coc

   • 7.15-7.30: Meet your Vietnamese tour guide with a chauffeur-driven limousine at your hotel and start a 2.5 hours road journey to Ninh Binh Province via expressway (120km).

   • 10.15: Rowboat ride to Tam Coc. 

   • 13.30: After lunch, drive to Hoa Lu to visit Dinh & Le King temples. The 2 main sanctuaries are dedicated to the Dinh and Le dynasty dating back to the 11th century and are historically significant. Meet the people to live a part of the interesting history of the past. 

   • 14.45: Go cycling off the beaten track in Trang, an ancient land. 

   • 16.00: At sunset, end your excursion with a magical afternoon tea, served by the white-gloved chauffeur, and admire the sunset over magnificent mountains before embarking on another comfortable limousine road trip back Hanoi. 

   • Optional: You can finish the tour in Ninh Binh or stay longer by yourself in Ninh Binh. Then come back to Hanoi or continue to the South of Vietnam by Bus or Train 1.

   • 9.00: Upon arrival in Hanoi, drop off at your hotel.
