• Stroll through Merkato, the largest open-air market in Africa.
• Take the injera baking challenge and learn how to make this sour fermented flatbread with a slightly spongy texture, traditionally made from teff flour.
• Relish lunch at the Taitu Hotel, where your Addis Ababa guide will take you to Ethiopia's oldest and first hotel for a typical Ethiopian lunch experience.
