The itinerary

Day 01

West Coast Wellness Journey to Sunny's Cool Vibes Farm

You will be driven along the west coast access highway to Sunny's Cool Vibes Farm, a private farm in Cul De Sac, by your tour driver. Start the journey with local tea, served iced or hot, on the way to the west coast road.
Visit Rosseau Beach, a peaceful stretch of sea and sand.
Begin with a 30-minute Thai, Shiatsu, or Reiki treatment. In Reiki, Isis Sekhem, Rasheeba, and Kundalini will be administered, along with the optional abdominal lymphatic drain.
Enjoy fruit or tea upon arrival.
Make your way down to Soufrière.
Stop along a mountain ridge for stretching and Chakra breathing.
Pass the fishing village of Choiseul to reach the black sand Sab We Sha beach.
Enjoy light snacks, including cornmeal pies or granola, with fresh coconut water.
End the tour with a visit to the Piaye River. Each participant will receive a miniature bottle that can be filled with river water and sand as a memento of this journey.
