The mountain's name is linked to the wonderful flower "Dianthus callizonus," and its proud neighbors, the Iezer mountains, form a high crown of barren peaks that sometimes exceed 2300-2400 m. This 8-day journey combines mountain trekking with visits to Bran Castle and remarkable monasteries carved into stone and caves.
