Day 01

Sete Cidades, Caldeira Velha and Lagoa do Fogo

Head towards Sete Cidades with your Ponta Delgada tour guide. Along the way, make a few stops at different viewpoints and enjoy the chance to visit some of the most beautiful and lesser-known areas of the western and central parts of the island.
After a stop at the Vista do Rei viewpoint, descend the road that leads into the interior of this valley to visit the parish of Sete Cidades.
After admiring the Church of St. Nicholas, continue towards Lagoa along the island's south coast. Have lunch at a local restaurant.
The tour then continues towards Lagoa do Fogo, with a stop at Caldeira Velha and some time for a thermal bath.
Before returning to Ponta Delgada, make a short stop to admire Lagoa do Fogo from the top of Pico da Barrosa.
