- Mahagandayon Monastery, Amarapura Myanmar- Travel to the former royal capital Amarapura with your Burmese tour guide. Visit the Mahagandayon monastery, where thousands of monks study. The monastery is known for its strict adherence to the Vinaya, the Buddhist monastic code. It takes 7 to 10 years to complete the school of Mahagandayon monastery.
- U Bein Bridge, Amarapura Myanmar- The next stop is the U-Bein bridge in Amarapura, one of the most popular photo spots for travellers in Myanmar. The 1.2-kilometre bridge was built around 1850 and is believed to be the oldest and longest teak-wood bridge in the world.
- Mahamuni Pagoda, Mandalay Myanmar- Upon arrival back in Mandalay, visit the sacred Mahamuni Pagoda, which is a major pilgrimage site located in the southwest of the city.
- Kuthodaw Pagoda & the World's Largest Book, Mandalay Myanmar - The Kuthodaw Pagoda is the world's largest book as it is surrounded by 729 stone slabs in which Buddhist scriptures were engraved.
- Shwenandaw Monastery, Shwenandaw Golden Palace, Mandalay Myanmar- Visit the Shwenandaw Monastery, which was built in 1878 by King Thibaw Min. It is mostly known for its artistic wood carvings.
- Mandalay Hill, Mandalay Myanmar- Walk up to Mandalay Hill, known for its abundance of pagodas and monasteries. The panoramic view of Mandalay from the top of Mandalay Hill makes it worth to attempt a climb up its stairways.
