The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Cairo

Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, transfer to the hotel with your Egyptian guide.

Overnight accommodation in Cairo.

Day 02

Giza Pyramids and Flight to Aswan

Have breakfast and visit the site of the Pyramids of Giza: Cheops, Kefren, and Micerinos, as well as the Sphinx of Giza.
In the afternoon, go on an optional excursion to Memphis, the capital of the Ancient Empire, and the Sakkara Necropolis.
Transfer to the airport for a domestic flight to Aswan.
Upon arrival, transfer to the ship.

Accommodation and dinner on board.

Day 03

Philae Temple and Sailing to Kom Ombo and Edfu

Visit the temple of Philae.
You can choose an optional excursion to the temples of Abu Simbel of Ramses II and his beloved Nefertari; these temples are carved into the rock.
Navigate towards Kom Ombo.
Depart to visit the temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the two gods Sobek, the Crocodile-Headed god, and Haroeris, and see a Nile meter used by the ancient Egyptians to measure the level of the waters of the Nile.
Proceed to navigate to Edfu.

Spend the night on board.

Day 04

Edfu Temple, Esna Sluice, and Luxor

Visit the temple of Edfu, dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus and the best-preserved temple in Egypt.
Navigate towards Esna, passing through the sluice, and continue towards Luxor.

Overnight stay on board.

Day 05

Thebes Necropolis, Karnak, Luxor, and Return to Cairo

In the morning, cross the Nile towards the western shore to visit the necropolis of Thebes, where you will discover the Valley of the Kings, a place where the buried pharaohs, their wives, and princes of royal blood rest in tombs carved into the rock of the mountains.
Visit the temple of Queen Hatshepsut (Deir el Bahri). Continue to the Colossi of Memnon.
Return and have lunch on board.
Leave in the afternoon to visit the temple complex of Karnak and Luxor.
Depart for Cairo.
Arrive at the hotel and stay overnight.

Free Day in Cairo

Have breakfast and enjoy a free day with the possibility of taking an optional full-day excursion.

Day 07

Departure from Cairo

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and free time. You can choose to do one of the optional visits at night.
Transfer to Cairo International Airport to take your return flight.
