The itinerary

1
Day 01

Arusha to Tarangire's Elephants and Baobabs

  • We will depart from Arusha in the morning and travel to Tarangire National Park, where you can marvel at the colossal termite mounds and ancient baobab trees. The picturesque scenery and diverse birdlife help create Tarangire's tranquil ambiance. The great elephant population is an especially remarkable sight. African elephants are the largest land mammals, and adult males can weigh as much as seven tons.
  • When your game drive comes to an end, we will take you to Fanaka Campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.
2
Day 02

Scenic Drive to Serengeti National Park

  • An appetizing breakfast will be served at the camp, followed by a drive to Serengeti National Park. We will take the scenic route to the Serengeti, which allows us to travel near the Ngorongoro Crater. There is a possibility of spotting game along the way. The endless golden savannah, with splotches of color created by the vegetation and wildlife, makes it easy to understand why the Serengeti is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa.
  • We will stop so that you can enjoy your picnic lunch on a kopje, a small hill in a generally flat area.
  • We will proceed further into the Serengeti for a leisurely game drive.
  • You will spend the night at Serengeti Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 03

Wildlife Viewing in Serengeti and Transfer to Ngorongoro

  • We will begin the day in the central Serengeti, where we will have lunch and view game. The wildlife in the Serengeti is extremely diverse. There are regular sightings of lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, elands, wild dogs, gazelles, crocodiles, giraffes, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, and antelopes. A few factors will affect the game you spot, such as the migration of the herds and the season. The various bird species include a few migrants from the Eurasia region.
  • We will drive to the lodge, which is located near the rim of the crater, where a delectable dinner will be served.
  • You will spend the night at Simba Camp.

Day 04

Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive and Transfer to Moshi

  • We will depart for the Ngorongoro Crater early in the morning, as it is a wonderful time to spot game. We will go on a game drive with a picnic lunch inside the crater. The majority of the animals tend to reside within the crater due to its elevated structure. There is a high possibility of spotting every member of 'The Big 5'. The crater was formed millions of years ago when a large volcano erupted.
  • You can expect to encounter zebra, hippo, wildebeest, and cackling hyenas. There are graceful flamingos along the Soda Lake, and vultures are constantly circling the sky in search of discarded carcasses. Storks and geese are popular water birds in the crater.
  • Your trip will come to an end, and you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
