Table Mountain Trek via the India Venster Route
Meet your tour guide at 7:30 AM at the lower cable car station at the foot of Table Mountain.
Begin your hike up the mountain at 8:00 AM. The route up will take approximately 3 hours. You will initially walk along a contour path, which serves as a great warm-up, before continuing on the India Venster route with your experienced guide.
Rock climb up the mountain. Although challenging, this climb is not too hard and continues for two-thirds of your journey up, with some flatter spots in between. You will also have the support of rungs and chains for assistance, and your guide will help you through the challenge.
Take a break after the rock-climbing section and admire the spectacular view.
Walk along a path that hugs the side of the mountain and behold stunning views of Camp's Bay below. Learn about the great variety of flora and fauna of Table Mountain as you reach the top.
Take in the amazing views from the top of Table Mountain at 12:00 PM.
Ride the cable car back down the mountain at 1:00 PM before concluding your exhilarating tour.
