8-Day Masai Mara Serengeti Safari with Ngorongoro Crater

• Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, after all immigration formalities are completed, you will be greeted by a Dodo staff member.

• You will then be transferred to the city for your stay at Acacia Hotel or an equivalent property booked on a bed and breakfast basis (B&B).

• At 08:00 hrs after breakfast, drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve, offering incredible scenery and plenty of game. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where visitors may see animals in the same super-abundance as existed a century ago.

• Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge.

• Go for an afternoon game drive until sunset.

• At 06:00 hrs, depart for an early morning game drive in the Mara Reserve.

• At 08:00 hrs, return to the lodge for breakfast.

• After that, spend the whole day in the Mara with morning and afternoon game drives in the reserve to look for lions, leopards, buffalos, elephants, and many other animals.

• Depart from Masai Mara and arrive at Isebania at around 09:30 hrs. This is the border between Kenya and Tanzania.

• Meet your Tanzanian guide/driver with an excellent 4 x 4 vehicle rebuilt for safari to give you comfortable game viewing.

• Drive to Serengeti with shallow game drives and a picnic lunch on the way.

• Arrive at the lodge at around 16:00 hrs and check in at Serengeti Wildlife Lodge.

• Spend the rest of the day relaxing at your lodge before dinner and your overnight stay.

• Have breakfast at your lodge, followed by both morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti Park. This will also include a visit to the Seronera Information Center, the center of Serengeti Park.

• After breakfast, at 08:30 hrs, check out from the Serengeti Serena Lodge and travel towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area while spotting game animals en route.

• Check in and have lunch at the Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.

• At 15:00 hrs, take a break, stay in the vehicle, and launch a walking trip for about 3 km on one side of the crater rim, enjoying the scenery of the Ngorongoro Highlands, or choose to relax at leisure in your lodge.

Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge or an equivalent property, booked on a full board basis (F&B).

• Wake up at 06:00 hrs for an early breakfast.

• Thereafter, descend to the crater floor with picnic lunches for a full-day game drive.

• Your lunch will be served at the picnic site in the crater at Ngoitokitok Swamp, a hippo pool.

• After lunch, proceed with game viewing and, at 16:00 hrs, ascend the crater for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge or an equivalent property, booked on a full board basis (F&B).

• After breakfast, drive to Arusha for lunch.

• At 14:00 hrs, transfer to the Namanga border between Tanzania and Kenya.

• Continue to Nairobi for drop-off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
