Day by day
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), meet a representative of the tour group, and transfer to the 3-star Karatu Tented Lodge. Check-in starts at 10:00 am.
In the evening, receive a briefing from the group managers, who will make sure you are ready to begin the safaris.

Early after breakfast, drive to the rim of the crater for a full-day game drive.
Return to Karatu Tented Lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
