The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Zanzibar and Transfer to Nungwi Beach

Arrive at Zanzibar Airport or Harbour for your transfer to your chosen Nungwi Beach.
Reach the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 02

Stone Town, Former Slave Market and Prison Island

After breakfast at 9:00 am, take a Stone Town tour of this historically, culturally, and architecturally important town of Zanzibar.
Visit the former slave market site, which now stands as an Anglican church built in 1883, as well as the old Arab Fort and the Palace Museum. The tour ends at the Old Indian Dispensary.
After 2:30 pm, proceed for the Prison Island tour, home to giant tortoises.

Day 03

Kizimkazi Dolphin Tour, Jozani Forest and Zala Park

At 8:30 am, proceed for the south coast dolphin tour, a day trip to Kizimkazi. You can swim with hundreds of spinner and bottlenose dolphins playing off Kizimkazi Beach.
At 2:30 pm, drive to Jozani Forest for views of red Colobus monkeys, natural forest, mangrove forest, and the living fish species underneath.
Visit Zala Park to learn how local people have become creative in protecting native reptiles.
Transfer to your Stone Town hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
