Upon arrival at Asmara International Airport, transfer to your hotel and check in.
In the afternoon, explore Asmara with your Eritrean tour guide and admire the striking modernist architecture that lines its streets. The city has earned UNESCO World Heritage status for its futuristic Italian-style buildings.

Early in the morning, drive towards the town of Nefasit on the Massawa road.
Begin your trek to Debre Bizen Monastery, dedicated to the legendary Saint Abune Philipos. The monument can only be visited by male pilgrims. You will need to carry a bottle of water to avoid dehydration and excessive sweating.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Asmara.
Drive from Asmara to Keren, the second-largest city in Eritrea. About 68 km from Asmara, stop at the famous Debre Sina Monastery, carved out of solid rock.
Continue driving to Keren.
