Day 01
Le Castellet, Cassis, and Marseille Discovery
- You will be picked up by your guide at the cruise port in Toulon for a memorable day among beautiful Provençal towns.
- Stop in Le Castellet, a small feudal village once used as the setting for the film "The Baker's Wife." Wander along its charming cobblestone streets and interact with the locals.
- Visit Cassis, a sleepy fishing port full of pastel-coloured buildings, sidewalk cafes, and overflowing vineyards. Take some time to explore the beach or the waterways by boat if you wish.
- In Cassis National Park, your guide will take you to Cape Canaille, Europe's highest sea cliff, for spectacular views of the park and the bay.
- Savour some seafood at a port-side restaurant before continuing to the ancient city of Marseille.
- Once in the city, you will ascend the iconic Notre-Dame de la Garde. Located at the highest point in Marseille, this 19th-century basilica is a popular spot for photos.
- Head back to your hotel or accommodation at the end of the tour.
