Day 01

Drvengrad, 0argan Eight and Viegrad Day Trip

• Meet your tour guide at an agreed-upon location and start your tour with a 3-hour drive out of the city to Drvengrad in Serbia.
• Enjoy the marvellous mountain views and the turquoise river flowing nearby.
• After crossing the border, stop at the ethnic village of Drvengrad, also known as Kstendorf.
• Enjoy local food for lunch.
• Go on a train ride on the 0argan Eight. The 0argan Eight is an old-fashioned narrow-gauge railway opened in 1925. It once connected Sarajevo and Belgrade and goes slowly uphill, bending around the slopes in the shape of an "8".
• Continue to your last stop of the day, Viegrad, the famous UNESCO-listed site in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Conclude your day trip with the drive back to Sarajevo.
