Day 01
Patan Durbar Square, Pashupatinath and Boudhanath
- Get picked up from your hotel by your Nepalese tour guide and drive to Patan Durbar Square.
- Reach Patan Durbar Square, situated in the heart of the city. It is the focal point for many tourists and is full of ancient palaces, temples, and shrines, all noted for their exquisite carvings.
- Embark on an afternoon tour of the sacred Hindu temple, Pashupatinath, the holiest Hindu site in Nepal.
- Explore Boudhanath Stupa, the centre of Tibetan Buddhism in Kathmandu.
- At 5:30 pm, enjoy dinner with a stupa view.
- There are lots of great dining options overlooking the enormous stupa. International cuisine is your best bet here, although there are some places to try Tibetan food in Boudha, they do not tend to come with stupa views.
- Experience some local live music under the stars.
- Return to your hotel at the end of the tour.
