Day 01

Hike to Preikestolen and Take in Lysefjord Views

• Meet your tour guide in Tau, from where you will travel to the Pulpit Rock parking area.

• Hike to the Pulpit Rock/Preikestolen plateau with your Norwegian tour guide, a walk that takes about 2 hours each way. The stone path leads through pine forests, across moors, and over solid Lysefjord granite. Parts of the trail were handmade by Sherpas from Nepal. The distance is about 5 km and includes some steep passages.

• The view from the top is magnificent and makes the climb worthwhile. It will be a hike of a lifetime, leaving you with stunning images to remember forever.
