Bondwa Peak Hike in the Uluguru Mountains
Hike to one of the three peaks of the Uluguru Mountains. You can also opt for a halfway drive if you prefer, then continue the hike from there. The tour takes about 10 to 11 hours in total.
Enjoy the opportunity to meet the local people who live in the mountains. Chat with them, observe their lifestyle, and visit their farms to see how they produce different crops on the mountain.
Explore the German Building for fantastic views of Morogoro town.
Begin walking through the rainforest, where you will see different species of birds and enjoy their songs as well. Within the forest, encounter a number of monkeys, especially white colobus monkeys jumping from one tree to another.
At the peak, enjoy wonderful views of the forest, hills, dam, and towns.
Have lunch and take a short nap.
Descend to the hotel in town.
