Meet your tour guide at your hotel in Jakarta at 8:30 am, then drive to the Historical Chinese Mansion, Chandra Naya, the former home of the Chinese Major Khouw Kim An and now a well-preserved cultural site in the city.
Visit a traditional Chinese market and a Chinese temple.
Walk around Batavia's old city at Fatahillah Square, the historical centre of the city, with many attractions such as the Jakarta History Museum and other colonial buildings.
Enjoy lunch at Café Batavia, then continue to Sunda Kelapa Harbour, the old port of Jakarta.
See Istiqlal Mosque, the largest mosque in Southeast Asia, and Jakarta Cathedral, a neo-gothic Roman Catholic cathedral standing across from the mosque.
