The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport and Transfer to Arusha

Upon arrival at the airport, meet your tour representatives and head to Arusha. The drive takes about one and a half hours.

Overnight stay and dinner at African Tulip Hotel in Arusha.

Day 02

Drive from Arusha to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park. It is a 7-hour journey.
Upon arrival at Serengeti National Park, check in to the camp. Go for game drives or relax for the rest of the day.

Overnight stay at Serengeti Tortilis Camp.

Day 03

Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park

Go for full-day game drives in Serengeti. Enjoy the Serengeti plains and spot herds of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, hippopotamus, Serengeti kopjes, and different types of birds.

Day 04

Morning Safari and Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater

Early in the morning, go for a game drive. Return to the campsite for breakfast and check out of the hotel.
Head to Ngorongoro Crater and, upon arrival, check in to the camp. The journey takes about three and a half hours.
Go for game drives in Ngorongoro Crater to sightsee various species of wild animals, including black rhinos that are rarely spotted in Serengeti. Visit Magadi Lake, where several flamingos, hippos, and other water birds can be seen.

Day 05

Final Game Drive and Departure to Kilimanjaro Airport

Early in the morning, go for a game drive to spot wildlife.
After breakfast, depart for Kilimanjaro International Airport. The journey takes about five and a half hours.
