Day 01

Hoa Lu, Tam Coc, and Bich Dong Day Trip

• 8:00 am - Your Vietnamese tour guide will pick you up from your hotel or accommodation in Hanoi Old Quarter.
• Depart for Ninh Binh. On the way, see the rural side of Vietnam, with green fields, buffaloes grazing on the grass, ducks swimming, and more.
• 10:00 am - Arrive at Hoa Lu, the first capital of Vietnam in the 10th century.
• Visit Dinh's Temple, where King Dinh is worshipped, and Le King's Temple, where King Le is worshipped, and learn more about Vietnamese history.
• 11:30 am - Get on the bus to Tam Coc and enjoy special Vietnamese food.
• 1:00 pm - Head out on a small boat to visit Tam Coc. Local people will take you to discover the beauty of the landscape, known as 'Ha Long Bay on Land', and sightsee two green rice fields, great limestone formations, and wonderful caves.
• 3:00 pm - Finish the small boat visit on the Ngo Dong River and continue with a 40-minute bike ride through the fields and countryside, enjoying the peaceful scenery on the way to Bich Dong pagoda.
• 4:00 pm - Return to Hanoi to end the tour.
