Day 01
Skopje, Matka Canyon and Millennium Cross Tour
- Start at 09:00 am with pick-up from your accommodation.
- Drive to Matka Canyon and take a boat ride to the Vrelo Caves.
- Transfer to Vodno Mountain and take a cable car ride up to the Millennium Cross at the top of the mountain.
- Continue to Skopje city centre for lunch.
- After lunch, proceed to Kale Fortress.
- Visit Mustafa Pasha Mosque, an Ottoman-era mosque.
- See the Church Museum Saint Spas, the only surviving church constructed during the Ottoman period.
- Explore the Old Bazaar, including Cifte Hamam, Kapan Han, Suli Han, and Daut Pasha Hamam.
- Continue to Pella/Karpos Square.
- Admire the Stone Bridge, Old Railway Station, and Macedonia Square.
- Visit the Memorial House of Mother Teresa, dedicated to the Catholic saint and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Mother Teresa.
