Day 01

Lovech Heritage and Natural Wonders from Sofia

The tour starts with pickup from your hotel or accommodation in Sofia.
After approximately 2 hours' drive, reach Lovech with your Bulgarian tour guide.
Explore the old quarter of the city by walking through the small cobbled streets and travel back in time while admiring the typical XIX century houses.
View the Vassil Levski Museum.
Head to the Hisarya Fortress.
Marvel at the famous Covered Bridge - a masterpiece of Bulgarian architecture built by Master Kolio Ficheto.
Continue your trip to the Devetashka Cave. The drive will take approximately 20 minutes, and you will have some time to walk around the stunning cave.
Proceed to the Krushuna Waterfalls, a 20-minute drive from Devetashka Cave.
Before driving back to Sofia, make an optional stop at the Krushuna Waterfalls, a unique natural wonder where you can enjoy an amazing walk through the beautiful forest and along the stream that has formed a beautiful cascade of blue waterfalls. This stop is 30 minutes away from Devetaki Cave.
