We are not liable for unfortunate incidents or accidents, but we will support you whenever needed.
Please note that some fees, service charges, or costs are not under our control. As we calculate our trip cost on the basis of present costs, fees, and service charge structures, any increase in taxes, fuel costs, government service charges, guide charges, or the entrance fees of monuments, museums, wildlife sanctuaries, amusement parks, or recreation centres by the Government of Bangladesh will be charged as extra.
Please note that we work as a travel agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and suppliers of other services. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by them.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates negotiated by us with hotels, airlines, buses, railways, boats, ships, and rental car providers. Hotels and airlines retain the right to modify rates without notice. In case of such changes, the rates quoted before the modification may be changed by us according to the revised rates from hotels, airlines, or rental car providers.
We shall not be responsible for any interruptions or alterations in the program, or expenses incurred directly or indirectly, due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, traffic delays, unusual situations caused by the respective authority, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political terminations, or any other unfortunate incidents. We shall also not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers, fire, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, war, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
Note: We do not have any insurance policy covering expenses for accidents, loss due to theft, or any other reasons, including health issues. Visitors are advised to arrange such insurance in their home country. All baggage and personal property remain at the client's risk at all times.
