Mount of Olives, Old City and the Garden Tomb
Begin the day with a panoramic view from the Mount of Olives, overlooking the Old City's walls and the ancient Jewish cemetery.
Visit the Church of All Nations, once called "The Basilica of the Agony," and see the Garden of Gethsemane.
Proceed to Mount Zion to see the tomb of King David and the nearby Room of the Last Supper.
Enter the Old City to begin exploring the wondrous city of Jerusalem. Walk through the Roman Cardo, one of its two main streets. View the Temple Mount and the Western Wall (Wailing Wall), where Jews from around the world turn their eyes, and where believers can leave notes and prayers in the cracks between the wall's stones.
Stroll along the Via Dolorosa (Latin: 'way of sorrow'), the traditional pilgrimage route in Jerusalem commemorating Jesus' journey carrying the cross (Mark 15:20-23) to Golgotha.
Continue to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the holiest Christian site in Jerusalem and Israel, and the place of Jesus Christ's burial and resurrection.
Walk through the Arab bazaar "Suk," which is interesting and full of colour. It is optional to end the day with a visit to the Garden Tomb.
