Sofia to Kostenets Waterfalls, Road of the Eagle and Spa Relaxation
We start our trip from Sofia at 9 AM. The distance to the villas at Kostenets is around 80 km.
We park in the square near the spa complex and begin our hiking experience to the Kostenets waterfalls. We reach the waterfalls in about 15 minutes.
There, we take a short break to enjoy the sight of the waterfall and the flora around it before heading back to the square.
Then we take on the Eko hiking trail "Road of the Eagle," which stretches 2.5 km in each direction. This will give you a solid workout, and you will certainly enjoy your time at the spa later.
Finally, the spa awaits us with its hot spring water, and you can relax here in the indoor or outdoor pools.
If you are hungry, you can have lunch at the spa complex, or we can all enjoy Bulgarian national cuisine in the centre of Kostenets village afterwards on the way back to Sofia.
