Cawdor Castle, Clava Cairns and Culloden Battlefield

  • Pick up from your accommodation or the railway station, then proceed to Cawdor Castle and Gardens with your Scotland guide. Enjoy the beauty of this castle, explore its rooms, see its furniture, and take in much more besides. Take a stroll through the magnificent gardens here.

  • Take a short drive to Clava Cairns, a 4,000-year-old burial site and an Outlander location.

  • Continue to Culloden Battlefield, where you can walk around the battlefield itself and visit the centre to learn more about the last battle on British soil, during the final Jacobite uprising of 1746.

  • Enjoy some lunch here. Alternatively, you can also have lunch at the beautiful Cawdor Tavern.
