Day 01

Vladimir and Suzdal Architectural Highlights

Start the tour by boarding the train at Kurskiy Train Station in Moscow.
Arrive in Vladimir and meet the local tour guide at the train station.
Explore the Golden Gate Tower, the Dormition Cathedral with its unique frescoes painted by Andrei Rublev, and then proceed to St. Demetrius Cathedral.
Enjoy a drive from Vladimir to Suzdal (35 km).
Embark on a tour of Suzdal after lunch.
Visit St. Euphimius Monastery, the former KGB political jail, the Transfiguration of Jesus Cathedral, Market Square, the Suzdal Kremlin, and the Nativity of the Virgin Cathedral, and watch the bellman performance at the monastery.
