Zagreb Highlights and Beyond the City Center

  • We start this tour from your hotel and then continue towards the Upper Town, the oldest part of the city, where you will see its main attractions such as the Cathedral, Dolac Market, Stone Gate, Saint Mark's Square, Southern Vista Viewpoint, Lotrščak Tower, the First Gymnasium, and many others.
  • After seeing the city center, depending on the time left and your choice, we can visit one or more of the following:
    • Utrina Market in New Zagreb, a residential area that is home to half of Zagreb's population.
    • Mirogoj Cemetery, with its beautiful arcades and the cemetery style popular in this part of Europe. The famous architect Herman Bollé also left his aesthetic mark here, as he did on various buildings in the city center.
    • The 18th-century Maksimir Park, one of the first parks in Europe to be opened to the public.
