Bhaktapur Walking Tour Through Squares, Markets, and Temples
12:00: Meet at the Tourist Bus Park in Bhaktapur. The meeting point can be decided at the time of booking.
12:05 pm: Start the walking tour after a short briefing and introduction.
12:10 pm: Head to the gate of Bhaktapur Durbar Square and arrange the entry tickets.
12:15 pm: Explore the beautiful Durbar Square and get insights into the temples, buildings, and the city's history.
1:00 pm: Walk slowly through the narrow alleys and local markets until you reach Potter's Square. Here, you can see and even participate in pottery making.
1:30 pm: Continue exploring the local market and then reach Nyatapola Square, home to the tallest temple in Nepal.
1:50 pm: Stroll through the market as your guide leads you to the city's oldest temple at Dattatreya Square.
2:00 pm: Visit the Dattatraya courtyard area. Admire the peacock windows and see the making of traditional Nepali paper. Also see a 12th-century Hindu school, and enjoy some local shopping here.
2:45 pm: Enjoy the delicious taste of Ju Ju Dhau, the local yoghurt, and walk back to the Tourist Bus Park.
3:00 pm: End the tour.
