Day 01

Bago Pagodas and Kanbawzathadi Palace from Yangon

08:00: Pick up from your hotel and begin your visit to Bago City.
10:00: Arrive in Bago City and explore Kanbawzathadi Palace. Built in the 16th century, it offers insight into the history of the palace.
12:00: Depart from Kanbawzathadi Palace and transfer to a local restaurant for lunch.
13:00: Continue to Shwemawdaw Pagoda, the largest pagoda in Myanmar, standing at 114 metres high.
14:00: Depart from Shwemawdaw Pagoda and travel to Shwe Tha Lyaung Pagoda.
14:15: Arrive at Shwe Tha Lyaung Pagoda. It is home to a 55-metre-long reclining Buddha statue and is one of the country's most impressive Buddha images.
15:00: Depart from Shwe Tha Lyaung Pagoda and continue to Hinthagon Pagoda.
15:15: Arrive at Hinthagon Pagoda, which offers good views of Bago town from its roofed platform on the hilltop.
16:00: Depart from Bago and return to Yangon.
18:00: Arrive back at your hotel.
