The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Kawthaung and City Highlights

Depart from Yangon Domestic Airport and arrive in Kawthaung.
Enjoy a day tour to Maliwan Waterfalls. Guests will have lunch, play in the water, and also go hiking. If you wish to enter the water, please bring extra clothes.
If time permits, relax at a natural hot spring.
Then visit major places such as Pyi Taw Aye Pagoda, Bayintnaung Hill, the landmark of Kawthaung, and the 555 Hill viewpoint, where you will be amazed by the astounding bird's-eye view of Kawthaung and the Andaman Sea. Also, check out Bayintnaung Point, also known as Victoria Cape (1824-1948). This is the southernmost land point of Myanmar.
Dinner will be served at Victoria Cliff Hotel & Resort, Kawthaung, and you can rest peacefully afterward while spending some blissful time with a breathtaking panoramic sunset view of the Andaman Sea.

Day 02

Nyaung Oo Phee Island Snorkelling Adventure

Have a delicious breakfast at Victoria Cliff Hotel & Resort, Kawthaung.
At 8:00 am, meet at the hotel lobby and go to Kawthaung jetty to take a 1 hour 15 minute speedboat ride to Nyaung Oo Phee Island in the Andaman Sea. Energy drinks, water, fruits, life jackets, and snorkelling gear will be provided throughout the journey.
Go snorkelling at Madame Beach and Flower Bay to experience the unexplored underwater world. Experienced divers will accompany snorkelling travellers.
Arrive at NOP Island, where a buffet lunch will be served at Victoria Cliff Resort's restaurant with a tranquil sea view. After the meal, depart from Nyaung Oo Phee Island.
Try snorkelling again at Yemet Island and Nemo Aw to see wonderful corals, beautiful anemone fields, and many kinds of fish such as clownfish in their natural habitats.
Around 4:00 pm, journey back to Myo Ma Jetty, Kawthaung.
Dinner will be served at Victoria Cliff Hotel & Resort, Kawthaung, and you can rest peacefully afterward while spending some blissful time with breathtaking panoramic sunset views of the Andaman Sea.

Day 03

Leisure Time and Departure

After breakfast at Victoria Cliff Hotel & Resort, Kawthaung, spend some leisure time taking beautiful photos around VC Hotel & Resort, KT.
Check out from VC Hotel & Resort, have lunch, and go to Kawthaung Domestic Airport in the afternoon.

Please inquire at our office about trips to other islands, such as Cock's Comb Island, Jar Lann Island, Honey Moon Island, and 115 Island.
For diving, hiking, and glass kayak, customers will be charged additionally in cash.
All packages do not include air ticket fees.
All packages may change without prior notice according to the weather and sea conditions.

Unexpected situations and other possibilities:

If there is a change, delay, or cancellation of the flight to Kawthaung by the airline, AVON Travels and Tours is not responsible for any other charges in Yangon.
If the trip to NOP Island is cancelled due to harsh weather conditions under the Myanmar Port Authority, we will refund the NOP trip package price, as the trip to NOP Island will not commence.
If there is any change of plans due to weather or any other circumstances, we are not responsible for any extra night stays, room charges at either Victoria Cliff Hotel & Resort in Kawthaung or Victoria Cliff Hotel & Resort on NOP Island, or other costs such as meals, drinks, mini-bar expenses, kayak rental, and personal expenses that are not mentioned above.
