Know before you go

Please make sure you arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour departure and check in at one of our front desks inside our offices, unless you choose a tour option where you meet your tour guide directly.
Please note that all group tours are not wheelchair accessible. Visitors with walking disabilities cannot opt for a group tour either, as it is virtually impossible to keep up with the Italian tour guide. In this case, choosing a private and more personalised tour is highly recommended. A private tour guide can adapt to your circumstances, choose a more comfortable route by avoiding stairs, and go at a pace best suited to your needs.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in any of Rome's main attractions or museums, including the Vatican Museums. St. Peter's Basilica may close unexpectedly for religious services, mass preparations, or ceremonies on rare occasions. In these last-minute cases, discounts or refunds cannot be provided, but a more detailed tour inside the Vatican Museums will be offered instead. In this rare case, you may need to return on another day and visit the Basilica by yourself.
St. Peter's Basilica itself is free. Tickets for the Dome of St. Peter's are not included in the tour price (EUR 8 for the stairs and EUR 10 for the lift).
