The itinerary

Day 01

Mandara Hut and Maundi Crater Hike via Marangu Gate

Drive to Marangu Gate, complete the registration formalities, and begin the hike with your guide towards Mandara Hut. This hike takes around 4 hours.
Arrive in time for lunch, then continue with a walk to the Maundi Crater area for a view of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Descend to Marangu Gate and board your vehicle for the drive back to your booked hotel in Arusha for a hot shower, rest, dinner, and an overnight stay.
