The itinerary
Day 02
Nairobi to Masai Mara Safari
After breakfast, depart for Masai Mara, one of East Africa's most famous reserves. The Mara consists of undulating hills and great rolling grasslands that sustain some of the most varied wildlife in Africa.
Go for game viewing in the afternoon to spot lion, elephant, cheetah, giraffe, buffalo, wildebeest, gazelle, and hundreds of species of birds.
Dinner and overnight stay at Lenchada Touristic Camp.
Day 03
Full-Day Masai Mara Exploration
Spend the entire day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five.
Visit the local Masai village for a Masai cultural tour (USD 20). Learn about the Masai community and interact with the local Masai people.
Dinner and overnight stay at Lenchada Touristic Camp.
Day 04
Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru
Breakfast at the camp, and after that, proceed for game viewing.
Later, check out and drive to Nakuru with lunch on the way. Arrive in Nakuru in the evening.
Dinner and overnight stay at Lanet Matfam Resort.
Day 05
Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha Adventures
Have an early breakfast and depart by 7 am straight to the park. It is a small park with magnificent, rare white rhinos, which form part of the Big Five animals. There is also a possibility of seeing the pink flamingos. The game drive lasts 3 hours, after which you depart on a 3-hour drive back to Naivasha to arrive in time for lunch at Hotel Taphe.
After lunch, go to Hell's Gate for a biking safari. If you are too tired, you will be driven to the park by car. Later, go for a boat ride on Lake Naivasha for bird watching and hippo viewing.
Dinner and overnight stay at Taphe Guest Resort.
Day 06
Lake Naivasha to Amboseli National Park
Have breakfast at the lodge at 8 am, check out, and drive to Amboseli National Park, famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape and open plains.
Have lunch and a short rest.
Enjoy an afternoon game drive in search of its popular residents, including well-known predators and their counterparts such as zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, and hippo, with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro.
Dinner and overnight stay at Kibo Safari Camp.
Day 07
Full Day in Amboseli National Park
After breakfast at the camp, spend the entire day in the park with a packed lunch in search of its popular residents, including well-known predators and their counterparts such as zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, and hippo, with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro.
Later, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 08
Amboseli to Tsavo West National Park
Enjoy breakfast at the camp, and after that, depart and drive to Tsavo West National Park with a game drive en route, arriving in time for lunch at Kilaguni Serena Lodge.
After lunch, proceed for an afternoon game drive in the park. Travel through the Shetani Lava Flows with a brief stopover to marvel at the lava cones and the barren land.
Proceed to enter Tsavo West through the Chyulu Gate and drive to Mzima Springs to see hippo and crocodile through an underground observatory tank.
Drive to Rhino Valley Lodge for check-in and lunch.
Enjoy an afternoon safari game drive in Tsavo West, visiting the rhino sanctuary and hoping to see the endangered black rhino among other animals.
Dinner and overnight stay at Rhino Valley Lodge.
Day 09
Tsavo West to Diani
Enjoy an early morning game drive in the park.
Later, return to the lodge for breakfast and, at 9 am, check out and proceed to Diani with lunch on the way.
Arrive in Diani in the late evening with a drop-off at Stilts Backpackers for the overnight stay.
Day 10
Leisure Day in Diani
Spend a full day relaxing at Stilts Backpackers.
Day 11
Another Leisure Day in Diani
Spend a full day relaxing at Stilts Backpackers.
Day 12
Mombasa to Zanzibar
After breakfast at the resort, check out with packed lunches and transfer to Moi International Airport for your flight to Zanzibar.
Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will be picked up and transferred to Mnarani Beach Cottage for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 13
Leisure Day in Zanzibar
Relax at the hotel or enjoy the resort facilities.
Dinner and overnight stay at Mnarani Beach Cottage.
Day 14
Another Leisure Day in Zanzibar
Spend a full day relaxing at the hotel or enjoying the resort facilities.
Dinner and overnight stay at Mnarani Beach Cottage.
Day 15
Zanzibar to Nairobi
Transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your flight back to Nairobi.
Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be picked up and transferred to the After 40 Hotel for an overnight stay. Dinner is at your own expense.
Day 16
Departure from Nairobi
Transfer to the airport for your return flight.
