Day 01

Óbidos, Nazaré, Batalha and Fátima Discovery

Start the day with your Portuguese driver-guide and visit Óbidos, a magnificent medieval town, which you will explore on foot with your guide.
Taste the famous cherry liqueur.
Visit the fishing village of Nazaré, which is the perfect spot for a lunch break.
Continue to the Monastery of Batalha (or Alcobaça as an option), the biggest example in Portugal of the late Gothic Portuguese style, where you can find a mix of Gothic style and Manueline art - the symbol of Portuguese maritime expansion.
End the tour at Fátima and its Sanctuary, the site where Our Lady of Fátima appeared in 1917.
