Day by day

The itinerary

Day 01

Hoa Lư Temples, Mua Cave, and Cooking Class

Start your day with your Vietnamese tour guide at 8:00 am. A bus will pick you up from your hotel or place of stay and take you to Ninh Bình.
Stop for a quick break.
Arrive in Hoa Lư, 90 km south of Hanoi, to visit King Đinh and Lê Đại Hành Temple.
Head to Tam Coc Wharf for a buffet lunch with Vietnamese cuisine at a restaurant.
Take a cycle ride to Mua Cave, which is situated on the mountaintop. See the beautiful stalactites and stalagmites.
Continue to the Bungalow restaurant for an interesting cooking class on how to bake local cakes. You can opt to go for a swim after the class before dinner at 19:00. If interested, you can also go to a local bar.

Day 02

Sunrise, Ngo Dong River, and Bích Động Pagoda

Start your day at 6:30 with beautiful sunrise views and a delicious breakfast.
Visit the local market.
Enjoy a relaxed boat ride on the Ngo Dong River by sampan for riverside views and plant life, followed by an authentic local lunch.
Continue to Bích Động Pagoda. Walk up to the top to enjoy panoramic views of stone bridges and dotted hamlets. This pagoda consists of three separate layered pagodas: Hạ, Trung, and Thượng. Relax here with afternoon tea.
At 19:00, return to your hotel.
