Explore the City of Hanoi
07:45 AM: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi and begin a day-long exploration of Vietnam’s most important cultural centre.
Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, an important location in modern Vietnamese history and the final resting place of Ho Chi Minh, the country’s former leader.
Observe the beautiful Tran Quoc Pagoda, which is the oldest in the city at almost 1.40 years.
Continue to the Quan Thanh Temple, which is a Taoist temple.
Proceed to the Temple of Literature, a Confucian temple constructed in 1070 that housed the country’s first University.
12:30 PM: Have lunch at a local restaurant and experience the local cuisine.
Explore the Ethnology Museum, a unique museum that focuses on Vietnam’s 54 officially recognized ethnic groups, and is considered to be Vietnam’s finest modern museum.
