The itinerary

1
Day 01

Arrival in Split and Welcome Dinner

  • Greet the team at the airport in Split, where they will introduce you to the first basic information about the area and transfer you to your hotel.
  • Meet in the hotel lobby at 3:30 pm to officially start the tour with a briefing and a little paperwork. You will meet the other riders and the motorcycles you will be riding.

End the first day in a traditional Croatian restaurant with a special welcome dinner.

Day 02

Scenic Coastal Ride to Mostar and Dubrovnik

  • Start your "Rhapsody Tour" on a spectacular scenic coastal road before turning inland.
  • Continue riding into Bosnia to see Mostar, the first UNESCO World Heritage Site on this tour. It is known around the world for its famous Ottoman-style bridge, which spans the Neretva River in the historic centre of the city.
  • Continue riding after lunch.

Day 03

Rest Day in Dubrovnik

Rest day in Dubrovnik.

  • Explore the compact and beautifully preserved medieval fortifications of Dubrovnik's UNESCO-listed Old Town.
  • Take in the terracotta-roofed townhouses and centuries-old stone monuments, including the 17th-century Rector's Palace and the Baroque Cathedral.
  • Take a walk along the City Wall for spectacular views of the Old Town, or simply sit on Stradun, its vibrant main street, and enjoy a coffee and Dubrovnik's hospitality.
  • Take a cable car to the hill above Dubrovnik and be amazed by the breathtaking views of the Old City, the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea, and its numerous islands.

Day 04

Coastal Ride to Hvar Island

  • Follow the scenic coastal road heading up to Split.
  • Take a short ferry ride to Hvar Island, famous for its 300 days of sunshine.

Then, 77 km of twisty road will bring you to Hvar town, where you'll enjoy the rest of your day.

Day 05

Rest Day on Hvar Island

Today will be a rest day in Hvar. Whatever you want to do on your rest day, you may find it here on this island, which is considered to be one of the 10 most beautiful islands in the world.

  • Explore the nightlife and cultural attractions of cosmopolitan Hvar town.
  • Take boat excursions to the Pakleni Islands, the sandy beaches near Jelsa, the ancient town of Stari Grad where past centuries mingle with modern tourist facilities, the heavenly beaches under pine trees in Zavala, the exotic atmosphere of the south cliffs in Ivan Dolac, Sveta Nedjelja or Milna, or the "little Venice" ambience in Vrboska.
  • Ride through and experience the lavender fields near Zastrazisce.

Day 06

From Hvar to Pag Island via Trogir

  • Return to the mainland in Split, then head north following the coastline towards Pag Island.
  • Stop in Trogir, a historic city and UNESCO World Heritage Site, along the way.
  • Follow the Adriatic Sea, with spectacular views over its many islands.
  • Reach your hotel, set in the middle of the vineyards, after riding over two-thirds of the island.

Indulge in a fine dining experience with various sorts of wine from the region.

Day 07

Pag Island to Plitvice National Park

  • In the morning, take a short ferry ride back to the mainland, where 60 kilometres (37 miles) of amazing twisty road are waiting for you. After this gorgeous ride, say goodbye to the sea for the next two weeks.
  • Head inland over the Velebit mountain range to the Lika region, where you will arrive at Plitvice National Park, another UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • After checking into the hotel, go for a walking tour of this unique natural wonder. These waters have been flowing over limestone and chalk for thousands of years, depositing travertine barriers and creating natural dams, which in turn have formed a series of beautiful lakes, caves, and waterfalls.

Day 08

Kornati Islands and Return to Split

A unique combination of landscapes, ranging from mainland deciduous and mixed forests to typical Mediterranean rocky scenery, will bring you to Šibenik, another picturesque UNESCO World Heritage Site.

  • Take a boat tour to the fantastic and unforgettable Kornati Islands National Park.
  • In the afternoon, ride along the coast back to the base in Split.

Complete this incredible road trip with a farewell dinner.

Day 09

Departure from Split

The team will transfer you to the airport or to any other place in Split from where you continue your travel.
