The itinerary

Day 01

Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

Pick up from the hotel and then drive to Lake Manyara National Park.
Travel along the Rift Valley Escarpment and reach the shallow alkaline Lake Manyara.
Upon arrival, explore an area home to more than 400 species of birds, including greater flamingoes, hornbills, kingfishers, and more.

Dinner and overnight stay at Jambo Campsite.

Day 02

Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park

Leave the village of Mto Wa Mbu after breakfast.
Drive through the cooler highland region towards Serengeti National Park. With its diverse landscape ranging from grass plains and dry savannah to marshy woodlands, Serengeti National Park is one of the best places to spot carnivorous predators and their prey.

Dinner and overnight stay at Nyani Campsite.

Day 03

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Embark on the first game drive of the day.
Spot gazelles, impalas, and other predators such as leopards and cheetahs.
Return to the camp for breakfast after the game drive.
Drive to the Ngorongoro area to witness a breathtaking sunset.

Dinner and overnight stay at Simba Camp.

Day 04

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After an early breakfast, start descending on a narrow and steep road to the crater floor. You will notice that the crater is home to a spectacular array of wildlife, including zebras, hippos, hyenas, wildebeests, warthogs, and the famous "Big Five" - buffalo, rhino, lion, elephant, and leopard.
Enjoy extensive game viewing before heading back to Arusha.
