The itinerary

Day 01

Arusha to Southern Serengeti via Ngorongoro

Meet your Tanzanian tour guide early in the morning and depart for Southern Serengeti National Park from Arusha or Lake Manyara.
Travel along a scenic route to the Southern Serengeti, passing the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, and enjoy an appetizing picnic lunch under umbrella acacia trees that offer small shade in this generally flat area.
Continue into Central Serengeti for a game drive to witness the splendid Wildebeest Migration before proceeding to the Seronera area for dinner and an overnight stay at Nyani Public Campsite.

Day 02

Morning Game Drive and Transfer to Ngorongoro Rim

Wake up early for a morning game drive, then proceed to the Ngorongoro Crater where lunch will be served, followed by a drive to the crater rim in the late afternoon.

Spend the night at Simba Public Campsite.

Day 03

Ngorongoro Crater Safari and Return to Arusha

Depart from camp early in the morning and arrive at the Ngorongoro Crater descent gate.
Head into the crater for a game drive with a picnic lunch, and see diverse wildlife including zebra, hippos, wildebeest, and hyenas before driving back to Arusha in the afternoon.
