Mikumi National Park is one of the most easily accessible parks in Tanzania via the main road from Dar es Salaam, which continues directly to Malawi, Zambia, Congo, Zimbabwe, and South Africa.
Clients can be picked up from Dar es Salaam early in the morning and driven to Mikumi National Park. The journey takes around 6-7 hours.
You will arrive in Mikumi National Park in the afternoon, where you can have lunch and begin your afternoon game drive on the first day.
The park is home to four of the Big Five: elephants, buffaloes, lions, and leopards.
