Trek deep into the Kalut desert to see the best part of Iranian deserts in the middle of nowhere on this tour. These natural landforms of sand have been sculpted by wind and other elements over the years.
Itinerary

Day 1: Kalut Desert & Shafi Abad Village
- Meet your local tour guide in Kerman for pick-up and transfer.
- Depart to Kaluts, crossing the wonderful Sirch mountains at 2,600 m above sea level.
- See a 1000-year old Cypress tree on the way.
Resume the trip towards Shahdad city to see an old water reservoir.
Head to the Nebka Park.
Drive to Shafi-Abad village where you can take rest.
Have lunch at a traditional guesthouse.
Visit old Caravansary and Kariz. (Qanat or underground water canals)
Take a walk in the mind-blowing Kaloots and watch the lovely sunset and the amazing desert sky at night. It is ideal for those interested in photography.
Return to the village to stay overnight at a beautiful traditional guesthouse and have dinner.

Day 2: Return to Kerman
Head to another part of the Kaluts to watch the hypnotizing sunrise in the desert.
Visit the spectacular camel-hills and the amazing salty river.
Return to the village for breakfast.
Depart to Kerman before noon.
