If you wish to spread out your activities over 2-7 days, you will be able to change the time/date of any of the activities on the default itinerary for free if you contact the local operator at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of this package. Details will be on your voucher after booking.
9/11 Museum is closed most Tuesdays and on September 11th – so on those days, the visit to the Museum would have to be on the next day.
This tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly.
Audio tours on Liberty Island and Ellis Island are available in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Korean, Russian and Arabic.
Family friendly audio tours designed for children ages 6-10 are also available in the same languages on Liberty Island and Ellis Island.
A mandatory airport grade security screening is conducted prior to boarding the Statue ferry. This means no alcohol, weapons or large bags are allowed.
Minors (17 or under) must be accompanied by an adult (25+).
Due to local regulations, the Statue of Liberty Museum, Ellis Island, and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum may not be open on the date of your visit.
2025/6 Due to construction, priority boarding may be temporarily suspended.
The Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and 9/11 Museum are wheelchair accessible, but the Sightseeing Cruise is not able to accommodate electric wheelchairs.
