Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu and meet your local tour guide for pick-up and transfer to your hotel for the night.

Day 2: Lukla & Phadking
Take a scenic flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. In Lukla, you can see the airline office and numerous lodges.
Begin on the trail from Lukla that leads you to Chablung and it descends steeply to the Tharo Kosi which is also known as Kusum Kangru Khola (river).
Walk uphill as the trail ascends beyond the Tharo Kosi Bridge and again to Phadking.
In Phadking, you can climb to the gompa to see your first view of the high peaks. Now you will really feel like you have arrived in the Himalayan Kingdom.

Day 3: Namche Bazar
Follow the trail to Dudh Koshi River and reach Zamphuti. From here, you can see excellent views of Thamserku peak.
Climb to Chomoa, the site of an agricultural project, an interesting place to have a look around and gain an insight into the farming way of life of these people.
Continue trekking to Monjo and enter the Sagarmatha (Everest) National Park.
Walk some distance up the hill and you will be at Jorsale and after a long climb with views of Mt. Everest peeking over the ridge of Nuptse, the trail reaches the street of Namche Bazaar.

Day 4: Acclimitization
Have a good breakfast and go sightseeing around Namche Bazaar.
Hike to the Everest View Hotel, the ideal place to overview some of the outstanding mountains such as Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Lhotse etc. Make sure you have your camera to capture this moment.
Walk around the Khumjung valley, Hillery School, and Khunde Hospital and then return back to Namche.
Visit the mountaineering museum and the Sagarmatha Pollution Control Committee (SPCC).
Spend some time interacting with the fun-loving Sherpa and Rai people.
Overnight at the guesthouse.

Day 5: Tengboche
Start your day by going up to Sanasa where the trail descends gradually to Teshinga and then it drops steeply to Phunki Thanga.
Climb for two hours from Phunki Thanga and you will reach Tengboche. Tengboche is a religious place for the Sherpa people and the entire Solukhumbu area. Here, you will see the Tengboche Monastery which is one of the oldest monasteries in Nepal. Maybe you can get a chance to see the monks chanting and singing.

Day 6: Pheriche & Dingboche
Reach the tiny village of Devuche and after climbing some magnificently carved stones you will be at Pangboche.
Walk along the lower route from Pangboche and enter the alpine meadow to reach Shomara.
Follow the trail which passes to Orsho. Beyond Orso, the route divides into Dingboche or Pheriche. Pheriche is the windiest place in the Khumbu area, here you will find the Health post and Himalayan Rescue Association.
Stay at the guesthouse for lunch, dinner and breakfast.
Overnight at Pheriche or Dingboche.

Day 7: Lobuche
Ascend from Pheriche/Debouche and cross some bridges to reach Duglha.
Climb the steep trail up to the Khumbu glacier and descend a bit to the valley of Lobuche.
Stay at the guesthouse for lunch, dinner and breakfast.
Overnight at Lobuche.

Day 8: Everest Base Camp
Progress gradually upwards, getting splendid views of Mt Pumori.
Reach Gorakshep and have lunch at Gorakshep and then go to Everest Base Camp.
Spend some time getting stunning pictures at E.B.C. and go back to Gorakshep.
Stay at the guesthouse for lunch, dinner and breakfast.
Overnight at Gorakshep.

Day 9: Kalapattar & Pheriche
Rise up early in the morning and hike to Kalapattar which is the most exciting part of the trip and take in panoramic views of Mt. Everest, South Col Khumbu, the glacier and Pumori as well.
Return to Gorekshep.
Prepare to go down to Pheriche.

Day 10: Tengboche & Namche Bazar
Trek back to Tengboche, and continue to Namche.
Stay at the guesthouse for lunch, dinner and breakfast.
Overnight at Namche.

Day 11: Return to Lukla
Trek back to Lukla.
Stay at the guesthouse for lunch, dinner and breakfast.
Overnight at Lukla.

Day 12: Return to Kathmandu
Fly back to Kathmandu.
Have a good lunch and enjoy a guided sightseeing tour around Kathmandu valley.
Visit many Buddhist and Hindu temples which reflect the local culture and tradition of Nepalese society.
Return to the hotel.
Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 13: Departure
Depart from Kathmandu city, leave for the airport.
