Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx, Valley Temple & the Egyptian Museum
- Pick up from Cairo and head straight to visit the Giza pyramid complex, which comprises of three pyramids, called the Pyramid of Khufu, Khafre (Chephren) and Menkaure (Mycerinus).
Set forth to the Great Sphinx, a mythological creature with a lion's body and a human head, which dates to the time of Chephren.
Head to the Valley Temple, where the purification of the kings' bodies before burial and mummification process was performed.
Explore the Egyptian Museum, which contains a rare collection of 5000 years of art. Over 250,000 genuine artefacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamen collection of treasure, gold and jewellery, which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years, before it was discovered in the 1920s.
Transfer to Cairo airport for the final departure.
