Day 01

Giza Pyramids, Great Sphinx, Valley Temple and Egyptian Museum

Pick up from Cairo and head straight to the Giza pyramid complex, which comprises three pyramids: the Pyramid of Khufu, Khafre (Chephren), and Menkaure (Mycerinus).

Set forth to the Great Sphinx, a mythological creature with a lion's body and a human head, dating back to the time of Chephren.
Head to the Valley Temple, where the purification of kings' bodies before burial and the mummification process were performed.
Explore the Egyptian Museum, which contains a rare collection spanning 5,000 years of art. More than 250,000 genuine artefacts are displayed here, including an exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamen's collection of treasures, gold, and jewellery, which remained enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before being discovered in the 1920s. Transfer to Cairo airport for final departure.
