Day 01

Bird Watching in Carara National Park

• Start your tour with your private guide, who will pick you up from the hotel at 6 am if you need transportation. Otherwise, he will be waiting for you at the main entrance of Carara National Park.

• Arrive near Carara National Park and begin searching for different species of birds.

• Pay the entrance fee and start the trail walks at 7 am. Cover three different trails and look for endemic and migratory birds.

• Try to locate certain native birds that are found in abundance.

• Drop off at the hotel at around 11 am.
