Day 01

Cruise from Alappuzha to Kumarakom

Check in at Alappuzha by noon.
Start cruising through the legendary Punnamada Lake, the venue for the famous Nehru Trophy Snake Boat Race.
Enter the enchanting waters of Vembanad Lake, enjoying panoramic views and glimpses of life along the banks.
Stop at Pathiramanal Island and visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary.
Stay overnight at Kumarakom.

Day 02

Kumarakom, Chavara Bhavan and Munnatumugham

Begin with Chavara Bhavan, the old wooden house where the blessed Kuriakose Elias Chavara was born.
Visit the historic 400-year-old Champakulam Church.
Take the opportunity to go on a 110 ft snake boat.
Stay overnight at Munnatumugham.

Day 03

Karumadi, Ambalapuzha and Thottapally

Observe the ancient Buddhist images of Karumadikuttan.
At Karumadi Memorial, recall the celebrated Malayalam poet Kumaran Asan, who drowned in a boat accident.
